Waco Convention Center FAQs 

Parking - There is no cost to park at the WCC.

Clinic Cost - For current non-TTFCA members, the cost is $110. For current TTFCA members, the cost is $100. One's payment for the Track & Field Coaches Clinic of Texas includes TTFCA membership. 
(If one is purchasing the Virtual Clinic only, the cost is $50. Please click the Coach Tube link on the registration page to purchase the Virtual Clinic.

Clinic Benefits - In addition to learning from many of the best coaches in the world, clinic attendance also makes you an automatic TTFCA member. Tickets for this year's Hall of Fame Induction can be purchased as stated on the Registration Form. There's a full sit-down dinner before and a social after the ceremony.

Vendors - We try to bring track & field-related vendors to serve the varying coaching needs of attendees. Please visit them and make lasting relationships. To see the complete list, please click here. 

Session Length - Each session lasts 45 minutes. There is an opportunity for Q&A with each presenter after his or her session.

Friday Evening Ceremonies - On Friday evening, the TTFCA will recognize the High School Coaches of the Year, the Moss-Eaddy Scholarship recipients, and the M-F Athletic Ed Marcinkiewicz Community Service Award Winner; as well, the Texas Track & Field Hall of Fame will welcome its next class.

On-Site Clinic Registration - Registration is available on site, starting at 9:00 a.m. on Friday morning. Please check the Registration Form for any applicable late fees.

How to Pay - Acceptable payments include payment online at the time of registration or mail a school/ personal check. Online registration will end December 19th, 2025. After that, in-person registration is available at the clinic.

W9 - If a W9 is needed, please email ttfca07@gmail.com, and one will be sent asap.

Presenter Notes - Within 10 days after the clinic, a DropBox link containing all available presentations will be sent to the email address on one's Registration Form.
