Great Wolf Lodge FAQs - There are 4 categories of FAQs: Reservations, Resort, Water Park, and Pre-Arrival. Please familiarize yourself with Great Wolf's policies and protocol to avoid any confusion upon arrival, during your stay or upon checkout.
Clinic Cost - For current non-TTFCA members, the cost is $100. For current TTFCA members, the cost is $90. One's payment for the Track & Field Coaches Clinic of Texas includes TTFCA membership.
Clinic Benefits -
Session Length - Each session lasts 45 minutes. There is an opportunity for Q&A with each presenter after his or her session.
Friday Evening Ceremonies - On Friday evening, the TTFCA will recognize the 2018 High School and Collegiate Athletes of the Year and Coaches of the Year; as well, the Texas Track & Field Hall of Fame will welcome its 10th class.
On-Site Clinic Registration - Registration is available on site, starting at 9:00 a.m. on Friday morning. Please check the Registration Form for any applicable late fees.
How to Pay - Acceptable payments include a school / personal check, cash, credit card, and one may pay via PayPal on the clinic home page.
Personal vs. School Email - On the Registration Form, please use an email NOT blocked by a firewall, so a personal email works best.
Presenter Notes - Within 10 days after the clinic, a DropBox link containing all available presentations will be sent to the email address on one's Registration Form.
